Both Allan and Soomi are licensed Brokers; Allan as Broker in Charge and Soomi as a Contract Reviewer. Combined, they offer nearly 40 years of real estate sales experience in Hawaii. Their success in real estate is due to their strong work ethic and their staunch desire to always protect their client's interest. Their outstanding efforts have repeatedly been recognized by the Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 100 Agents and Honolulu Magazine’s Best in Real Estate.

Work Experience
In addition to nearly 20 years of sales experience working with Sellers and Buyers, Allan has served in the role of Broker In Charge (BIC) or Principal Broker (PB) for the firm since 2005. Allan served as Principle Broker from 2017 until 2021, when he stepped down to focus more on his own clientele base. As PB, Allan was the primary Broker overseeing all transactions and all agents who work under the Kahala and Kailua Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty license. Given the level of knowledge and expertise these positions require, Allan & Soomi’s clients can rest assured their interests will be well represented.
Soomi is also licensed as a Broker and in addition to sales, serves as a Contract Reviewer for Better Homes and Gardens RE Advantage Realty. She is the perfect compliment to this team. Soomi excels in client servicing and marketing. She has over a decade of experience as an executive in the Hotel Industry both in Hawaii and the Mainland and served as the General Manager of several hotels in the Seattle area. Having spent years in the hotel industry, Soomi knows well the importance of anticipating clients’ needs and attention to detail.
